Pantonium is re-inventing public transit using AI to free buses from fixed routes and taking them on real-time journeys based on rider demand.
We’re looking for a support specialist to provide front line support for our customers to ensure they have a smooth experience using Pantonium’s technology. You will be on the front-line empowering cities to become smarter and greener.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Triage support requests, and escalate to other team members as necessary
- Actively monitor public transit operations
- Re-create customer issues in training environments
- Communicate delays, challenges or roadblocks to the Project Managers as they are identified
- Create customer change requests and bug reports for development team
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Support team through customer onboarding
- Work with Project Managers to align timelines and requests with available resources
- Analyze customer data from reports to identify issues and opportunities
- Identify opportunities for new value-add client services that help further client learning and knowledge transfer, and promote an optimal customer experience
**Qualifications**:
- Good listener and clear communicator
- Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
- Experience in a customer service environment, experience in IT Support a real asset
- Basic computer skills, MS Office knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- University degree in Business or Information Technology OR equivalent work experience in a technical or business/technical field would be an asset
- Recent graduates looking to gain valuable industry experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Some availability on evenings and weekends
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
