**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication & Initial Assessment**:
- Handle **incoming client phone calls and inquiries** in both **Farsi and English**, providing clear and professional assistance.
- Conduct **initial assessments** of potential clients to determine eligibility for immigration services.
**Sales & Contract Management**:
- Guide potential clients through the **sales process**, explaining available immigration services and answering their questions.
- Convert leads into **signed contracts**, ensuring clients fully understand terms and conditions.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients to **secure sales** and build strong relationships.
- Work closely with the **case processing team** to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
**Administrative & Coordination Tasks**:
- Maintain **accurate client records** in the CRM system.
- Prepare and manage **contracts, invoices, and payment processing** for clients.
- Schedule client **appointments, meetings, and follow-ups** as needed.
**Language & Cultural Understanding**:
- Communicate fluently in **both Farsi and English**, ensuring clients receive clear and accurate information.
- Assist Persian-speaking clients in understanding immigration processes in a **culturally sensitive manner**.
**Performance & Growth**:
- Meet **sales targets** by proactively engaging with potential clients.
- Stay updated on **Canadian immigration programs** to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to **improve client satisfaction and increase sales conversion rates**.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in **sales, client relations, or administrative support**, preferably in immigration, legal, or consulting industries.
- Strong **communication and negotiation skills**, with the ability to handle client concerns professionally.
- Excellent **organizational skills** and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and experience with CRM or case management software.
- Ability to **handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment**.
- **Fluency in Farsi and English** (written and spoken) is required.

- Full-time
- Salary**:$18 - $20 per hour**
