Working as part of the corporate Treasury team, you will be detail-oriented, organized and a team player. You will assist the Treasury team in preparing bank reconciliations, reporting on daily cash movements, and vendor payments. The role is deadline driven, with daily, weekly and monthly deadlines to manage. Through the tracking and reporting of cash activities, you will gain knowledge of all aspects of accounting and operations: banking, payroll, supplier payments, customer receipts, foreign exchange and international transactions. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Daily Cash report for distribution to senior management, analyze bank activity to determine daily cash sources and uses
- Complete bank reconciliations for month end reporting, record transactions in GL weekly
- Understand the company’s reporting structure: legal and operational as it relates to Treasury function
- Maintain foreign exchange rates in the ERP systems
- Assist in processing vendor payments utilizing multiple internal & web-based platforms
- Reconcile vendor payment batches with cash forecasts
- Analyze account activity: bank fees, FX gain/loss, interest & debt
- Liaise with banks & financial institutions for discrepancies and general inquiries
- Develop monitoring reports and alerts for Treasury team
- Identify continuous improvements to Treasury processes
- Support requirements related to Treasury projects, audits, acquisition activity & integration

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- Post-secondary degree in finance or accounting
- Working knowledge of US, Canadian and International banking systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong team player in dynamic environment
