Your day to day._**

1. Work creatively to design and execute on new out-of-the-box growth hacking type marketing initiatives that drives direct revenue impact, pipeline growth and overall brand awareness.

2. Run and optimize ads across different channels.

3. Analyzing marketing data: Taking user feedback from campaign results, conversation rates, and traffic, to help shape the future of Quincus marketing strategies.

4. Detailed implementation of campaigns: media, databases, buyer persona and stakeholders, copies, tests A/B, automation, etc.

5. Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments (e.g. product, marketing, management), in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.

6. Serve as a data expert and steward to successfully support operational needs.

Who you are._**

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Math/Statistics, Economics, or a similar field.

2. 3+ years Growth Hacking experience with a proven track record of delivering results.

3. Great knowledge of various growth-hacking software tools, SEO, especially automation and campaign monitoring platforms.

4. Experience creating and managing campaigns in Google Ads.

5. Experience creating and managing LinkedIn ads campaigns.

6. Analytical experience including converting raw data into actionable insights.

7. Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize; ability to operate both strategically and tactically in an often ambiguous environment.

8. Able to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly evolving environment.

9. The ability to work independently and autonomously.

10. Excellent written and verbal English skills, bilingual is a plus.
