Los is also a Co-Managing Partner at PowerHouse Ventures, which has three major divisions that assist brand owners in defraying the costs of running critical parts of their businesses, allowing these small growing brands to focus on their core strengths.

About the role:
As a Growth Hacker for Los, your job will be to help the company grow its followers on Twitter. You'll be responsible for identifying new and interesting ways to interact with the Twitter community, as well as promoting Los' content and products.

We need someone who can come in and be proactive and savvy to use the most current and effective tactics to grow Los' twitter. You need to be skilled at identifying and exploiting opportunities to grow a company's online presence. You will always be looking for new ways to connect with potential customers, while having a deep understanding of how to drive traffic on a company's website.

This will start Hourly with the potential to grow into a Full-time Remote position.

We are looking for someone that can work in the US time zones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new and interesting ways to interact with the Twitter community
- Promote company content and products
- Develop, execute and analyze Digital Marketing campaigns that will help boost the company's growth
- Identify and exploit opportunities to grow the company's online presence
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media marketing
- Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Develop detailed Marketing budgets

**Requirements**:

- Experience growing Twitter accounts
- Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies to grow Twitter accounts
- Proven track record of success in growing the company's online presence
- Experience in working with the Twitter community
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in English is mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
