Based in Ottawa, the company uses flexographic print technology to produce conventional pressure sensitive based products and to convert raw materials, such as foam, rubber, plastics and other materials into unique specialty products to meet our customer’s specified requirements.

**Shipper / Receiver Operator**

Label Innovation Inc has one opening for a permanent, full-time, Shipper / Receiver Operator.

**Who you are**:

- Detailed oriented / problem solver
- Good communicator (verbal and written skills)

- Ethical worker
- Experience operating forklifts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and generally comfortable with technology.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to obtain Controlled Goods Certification

**Primary responsibilities**
- Receiving goods and processing the appropriate documentation within the ERP system.
- Organizing and managing all incoming finished goods from production.
- Compiling necessary documentation from various departments to be included in customer shipments.
- Packaging and labeling products for delivery to customers.
- Initiating product shipments and coordinating with couriers to arrange pickups/deliveries.
- Slotting inventory in warehouse to optimize space and flow.
- Assisting the Inventory Specialist as necessary.
- Reconciling inventory on a daily basis.
- Performing general shop maintenance (sweeping, cleaning equipment, etc.)
- Performing various other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
