Our Gloucester branch is a busy, team-oriented facility within Battlefield Equipment Rentals that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The Shipping and Receiving position is an important one for our business, ensuring that our equipment is ready and available as well as maintaining a flow of information on that equipment for both the rental staff and the sales staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the shipping & receiving operations of the branch;
- Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and submitted;
- Responsible for yard, shop, & warehouse organization and cleanliness;
- Assist customers picking up and returning product;
- Assist with fleet drivers and outside carriers;
- General assessment of tools returned from rental;
- Maintain a safe working environment;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Key Qualifications**
- The ability to provide various shipping and receiving duties in a busy, potentially stressful environment;
- Existing knowledge of construction equipment and building products, with hands-on experience in minor repairs and service/maintenance requirements for various types of construction equipment;
- Excellent paperwork and organizational skills, with an affinity for process management;
- Ability to work independently when required;
- Willingness to adapt to possible overtime hours;
- Good communication and people skills;
**Additional Qualifications**
- Applicant must be able to perform heavy lifting, as heavy lifting will be required frequently;
