What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Report detailed portfolio data, deletions and orders
- Provide Administrative support at branch level with daily tasks
- Attend to all incoming branch calls and correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service, internally and externally
- Represent Reliance proudly as an ambassador
- Provide additional analytical reporting and other support as requested by Supervisor/Manager

What do you bring?

- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience in an administration or coordination role, preferably in a customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
- Advanced computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Sage software would be considered an asset
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Related experience in the HVAC industry would be considered an asset
