**Job description**

Crystal Clear Water Centres is a leading provider of water treatment and purification equipment in the Tri-City area. We are seeking a seasoned professional with **plumbing **and mechanical experience to lead the day-to-day operation of our service and installation department, with the goal of delivering exceptional customer service to all of our valued customers.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated service technicians and to have input into the continued development of a vital part of our business.

**Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Plan, coordinate and direct the overall daily operations of the Service department.
- Evaluate strengths of the service and installation personnel and maintain a staffing level consistent with business activity. Includes ability to recruit, hire and train department employees.
- Plan and coordinate all service work and installation projects. This includes ability to provide on site support and backup for technicians for installation, maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment.
- Handle customer service questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide support to sales department by answering technical questions, designing job specifications and passing along sales leads generated through service calls.
- Coordinate purchase and maintenance of service vehicle fleet.
- Maintain master files of technical information on all manufacturers’ equipment for reference purposes.
- Provide input into ongoing enhancements and upgrades to product lines and service offerings.
- Provide after hours customer support as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years progressive experience in the Plumbing and/or Home Services Industries.
- Must possess strong people management, leadership and professional skills with a demonstrated training and coaching aptitude.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and planning abilities.
- Ability to learn and use technology including Microsoft Office,
- Ability to demonstrate aptitude for gaining additional knowledge of servicing and installing plumbing equipment and accessories.
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service and installations.
- Clean driving record is required.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
