**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service
- Maintain dynamic and engaging store environment through the changing seasons
- Keen eye for merchandising that inspires and entertains customers
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across all brands
- Oversee in-store Posters and marketing materials
- Create and implement engaging social media content on platforms such as: Instagram, Facebook & Tik Tok
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and reporting
- Uphold store cleanliness standards
- Execute in-store promotions
- Process returns for online Tru Earth orders
- Monitor product quality control including expiration dates
- Cultivate relationships with customers and vendors
- Assist part-time staff
- Facilitate corporate communications
- Local engagement on social media platforms
- Provide and handle online customer returns and inquiries for Eco-Collective using in-house software
- Work as a team player with the Eco-Collective team to build and grow the brand

**Education and Experience**
- Social Media experience, stories, reels, posts (Instagram, Facebook Tik Tok)
- Previous retail experience min 2 years
- Have been a keyholder in the past
- Customer care services
- Experience with POS system Lightspeed an asset
- Design experience with Canva

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Passionate about the environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Previous experience with a POS system
- Skilled in problem-solving
- Exceptional customer service skills and relationship building
- Ability to merchandise with up to date styles
- Staying on top of on going trends on Social
- Provide eye-catching and positive in-store marketing materials
- Attention to details
- Experience with social media on business platforms is an asset
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong organizational skills with an organized inventory track record
- Good communication on Slack & Whatsapp

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
