Account Coordinator

**_About the Role: _**
**_Responsibilities: _**
- Communicate daily with internal teams and external creative agencies as well as domestic & international suppliers
- Identify potential client improvements/efficiencies with respect to procurement, product category focus and alternative point of sale development.
- Support the account team at an operational level including cost calculations, shipment tracking and product sourcing for designated account
- Learn and understand client’s brands, business models and business objectives
- Give status reports for each account/program and review weekly with internal account management team
**_Qualifications & Experience: _**
- 5+ years of work experience in Marketing or as buyer; BA/BS preferred
- Procurement outsourcing / brand / promotions experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Exceptional detail-oriented skills; proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an appetite to learn
- Organized, with the ability to exercise independent judgement, problem solve and prioritize
