**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Scan barcodes and place aluminum extrusion inside machine
- Maintain clean and safe working environments and a healthy machine.
- Daily meetings with Production manager to effectively coordinate production schedule.
- Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as calipers & depth gauges.
- Set up, adjust, and operate all the machine tools to perform precision machining operations..
- Setting up Clamp orientations for extrusions to ensure optimal support and safety.
- Use of manual tools and punching machine to complete millings by hand when needed.
- General and manual labor as needed through out the manufacturing floor

**REQUIRMENTS**
- High School Diploma (required)
- Understanding, knowledge & experience in the manufacturing process (required)
- Hand and power tools. Hands-on & mechanically inclined (required)
- Able to lift more the 50lbs (required)
- Communication, problem solving, interpersonal, mathematical, and analytical skills (required)
- Commitment to safety rules, efficient work ethic, organization & attention to detail (required)
- Willing to do manual work to assist with the overall manufacturing process
- Previous experience in Extrusion company or window and door is not required but considered an asset (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
