Walkway Crew

**Job Overview**
This is a seasonal on-call position with the possibility of further year round employment.

**What you’ll do**
- Clear snow and ice from walkways, stairs, and entrances using shovels, snow blowers, and snow machines.
- Safely operate snow removal equipment including snow blowers, sweepers, and small utility vehicles.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Respond quickly to snow events, often on short notice or outside regular work hours.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in snow removal or outdoor maintenance preferred.
- Ability to operate small machinery such as snow blowers, sweepers, or skid steers (training available).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cold, snowy, and icy conditions for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused.
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for walkway crew members).

Pay: $24.00 per hour
