Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning and production output.
- Required to handle raw material and make batches for your line.
- Ability to problem solve and fix issues efficiently in a timely manner.
- Ensure quality and production targets are being met, weighing your parts every thirty minutes.
- Keeping the machine running at optimal run rate to ensure we are always at 100%.
- Assist shift supervisor with tool changes.
- Keep work area clean and organized.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations.
- Minimum three years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work twelve hour shifts.
- Observe all components of the machine to ensure it is running correctly.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work as a team member passing on job specific knowledge to other employees.

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.25 per week
