We are located on the ground floor of the beautiful Anndore House Hotel at 15 Charles St. East, just a couple blocks south of Yonge and Bloor. We have a large and dynamic space with a patio, a gorgeous open kitchen, private event space, and sleek lounge.

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest seating, assisting with table service, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. **Duties**
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
- Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and delivering food items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and provide information about menu items and services.
- Support the team in creating a positive dining experience for all guests.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy setting.
