**Responsibilities**:

- Clear and reset tables in the restaurant and bar areas promptly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout service.

- Monitor table turnovers and communicate with the host/hostess to ensure efficient seating and service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, including floors, furniture, and glassware.
- Assist with basic food and beverage preparation tasks, such as garnishing dishes and replenishing condiments.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries with professionalism and hospitality.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the restaurant and bar.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
