**What You’ll Do**:

- Speak with homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar
- Follow up with warm leads and build your referral network
- Conduct sales calls, online presentations, and prepare proposals
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure excellent customer service
- Strive toward team and individual goals

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with people
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel for in-home appointments and office days
- Able to make 80-100 cold calls per day.
- Open to visiting clients on in-home days designated to Thursdays and Saturdays, until the end of summer.

**Location**: 1210 Sheppard Avenue East, North York, ON (On-site)

**Job Type**: Full-time | Contract
**Earning Potential**: $1,200-$3,000+ weekly
