Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administration for estates for the bank - Canada wide, vary across all product types.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Banking experience in a relevant role or Accounting or Bookkeeping - understanding of products/ services (1 to 2 years)
- Previous experience with SLAs
- Customer Service experience
Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail/ accuracy
- Critical thinking skills/ problem solving
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
