**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**: Provide on-site leadership and direction to teams, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. Manage and mentor site staff to maintain productivity and morale.
- **Coordination of Activities**: Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality expectations, addressing any issues that arise.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve site-related challenges, ensuring mínimal impact on project timelines and quality.
- **Health and Safety Enforcement**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies, conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- **Material and Equipment Management**: Oversee the requisition, delivery, and proper storage of materials and equipment required for project completion.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports, documenting site activities, incidents, and any changes in scheduling.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the drywall industry.
- Strong knowledge of insulation and drywall installation techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong background in managing timelines, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suites.

**Education and Certifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
