The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the coordination, implementation, and successful execution of installation projects related to sales. They will work closely with sales, clients, and installation teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

  • Provide administrative support to the Install Sales team.
  • Manage billing and invoicing.
  • Process Purchase orders for special order materials.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Photocopy, fax and maintain central filing systems and administration files.
  • Communicate with others involved in the process and letting a supervisor know when assistance is required to solve a problem.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Experience with D365 and Microsoft Office is considered an asset.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Customer Service experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
