- Manager, Client Services**Key responsabilities**
- Onboarding of new Client Service team members, develop and maintain training material and adapt to various skill & experience levels
- Ongoing training of new and existing product offerings, systems, processes
- Identify training needs and strategies through the creation of a skills matrix and other tools as required
- Provide follow-up coaching and mentoring to new and existing Client Service team members
**Qualifications**
- University degree or equivalent and / or have a background in a leadership or training environment
- Minimum of five to seven years previous experience in Group Benefits and experience creating and delivering training and other materials to a variety of audiences.
**Other qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of all disciplines in the Group Insurance Industry;
- Proficient working knowledge of Salesforce; SharePoint Online; Outlook and/or other CRM software;
- Background in health and life insurance and training industry with the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of achievement.
- Provides the information people need to know to do their jobs and to make accurate decisions.
- Is effective in a variety of settings and can change tactics midstream when something isn’t working
- Highly proficient at writing in a clear, concise and structured manner; Superior communication skills and adept at explaining concepts and giving direction.
