Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards
- Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
- Educate clients on proper aftercare routines for maintaining eyelash extensions
- Assist with front desk duties as needed to ensure smooth salon operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Strong ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in retail sales to promote beauty products
- Passion for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
