**What is the Opportunity**

**What you will do**
- You assess corporate ESG policies and performance along with their climate transition plans;
- You assess ESG labelled bonds, such as Green, Social, Sustainable and Sustainability-Linked bonds;
- You support the Fixed Income investment team in their preparation for strategic engagement meetings with issuers;
- You contribute to credit analysis-related projects.

**What you will need to succeed**

**Experience and Knowledge**
- You are a third
- or fourth-year student or graduate student working towards a University Degree; or gaining training and technical skills in a field related to Finance;
- You are a good researcher and navigator of datasets;
- You have an interest in Fixed Income and Sustainable Investing;
- Knowledge of the labelled bond market (Green, Social, Sustainable, and/or Sustainability-Linked bonds) and/or of sustainable reporting frameworks is an asset;
- Knowledge of Canadian Indigenous issues and experience working with Indigenous organizations or businesses will be considered an asset.

- You have the ability to work independently and as a team player;
- You have effective analytical and problem solving skills;
- You have time-management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task;
- You have a high level of attention to detail.
