The data analyst has a detailed understanding of the data from Wealth Line of business. This person understands data flows and knows the associated data quality to advise on the right actions to be taken from the start of initiatives and is thus the reference person on his team for data-related questions

Your responsibilities will be
- Understand the strategy, challenges, and operational reality of the line of business we support in order to guide IT teams in the development of innovative and efficient solutions that meet business strategic objectives; Identify the match between business needs and data
- Understand the requirements from business users and translate into precise specifications for development teams, specifically around complex business rules, metrics and issues related to data quality
- Assemble and maintain a detailed portrait of data quality with the help of different tools
- Contribute to efforts to increase data quality, governance, availability, and accessibility and ensure alignment with existing data management practices; Analyze processes and propose changes to them to increase data quality
- Work collaboratively with data stewards, solution architects, data architect, and data modelers
- Help build and maintain the data roadmap for the Line of Business

**Qualifications**:

- 10 years of experience as an IT business analyst, of which at least 5 years specifically as a data analyst
- Solid understanding of the core principles of data architecture, data modelling and data quality
- Knowledge of SQL language and at least one quality or data management tool (Ataccama, Collibra, or other)
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Adaptability; We are in full transformation Your role will evolve with our ways of doing things and our systems.
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual french and english
- Desire to increase one's understanding of the field of wealth management, required
- Knowledge of wealth management, or investment in general, an asset
