We're looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Sushi and Poke Store Team Members.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sushi and Poke Store Team Member, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality sushi and poke experience to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Prepping and Making Poke Bowls**: Craft delicious and visually appealing poke bowls using high-quality, fresh ingredients. Carefully follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure each bowl is a work of art.
- **Creating Various Sushi rolls**: The ability to create various popular sushi rolls, including maki, hosomaki, and nigiri.
- **Handling Raw Seafood**: Demonstrate expertise in handling raw seafood safely and hygienically, including the prep of salmon. Adhere to food safety regulations to maintain the highest standards of quality and minimize the risk of contamination.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep your work area clean and organized at all times. Follow proper sanitation practices to ensure a safe and sanitary food preparation environment.
- **Collaborating with Team**: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and fulfill customer orders promptly.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Strongly understand our menu offerings, including sushi rolls and poke bowl variations. Offer recommendations and assist customers in making menu choices based on their preferences.
- **Cash Handling**: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale systems as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Food Handler/Food Safety Certificate is an asset
- Prior experience in sushi making, poke bowl preparation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.

**Note**:

- Looking for Full-time team members (Lunch, Dinner, and Overnight [00:00-06:00])
- Overnight Position: $25-$30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
