**Responsibilities**:
As a Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients into sales opportunities for our training and equipment services. Key tasks include:

- **Pipeline Development**: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for training programs and equipment sales.
- **Sales Alignment**: Collaborate with managers to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and support them in closing deals.
- **Target Industry Engagement**: Stay informed about trends in the civil, construction, and oil and gas industries to effectively tailor your outreach approach.
- **Metrics & Reporting**: Track outreach activities and conversion rates, providing regular updates and insights to the team.
- **Client Relationships**: Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, acting as the first point of contact to establish trust and credibility.

**Requirements**:

- Five years proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, ideally within the training or equipment sector.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience in or knowledge of the civil, construction, or oil and gas industries in Canada is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
