**Job Title: Real Estate Sales Representative - Affordable Housing Project** Location: Northwest Brampton, GTA AreaProject: Affordable Housing Initiative **About the Project**:J oin an established developer with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry This Affordable Housing Project aims to provide shared equity ownership to individuals with an annual income as low as $40,000. As part of this initiative, you’ll help guide prospective buyers through the process from consultation to project completion, all while making a meaningful impact in your community. **Responsibilities**: - Meetings will be predominantly virtual however in person availability will occasionally be required.. - Serve as the main point of contact for purchasers, providing updates from contract signing through to project completion. - Ensure smooth communication and a seamless experience for purchasers throughout the entire process. - Collaborate with the project team to provide insights and recommendations. **Requirements**: - Valid real estate license. - In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions. - Passionate about affordable housing and making a difference in the community. - Familiarity with the Northwest Brampton area is preferred. - Ability to work independently, with excellent communication and organizational skills. - Must be available to attend Zoom meetings and work closely with clients throughout the duration of the project. **Compensation**:This role offers a variable pay structure with commissions in three parts: - Post "Cooling" Period - Upon Start of Construction - Upon Closing/Possession **Sales Meetings**:Sales meetings will begin approximately in mid-March 2025. **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $20,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Work from home Schedule: - On call Work Location: Remote Application deadline: 2025-02-25 Expected start date: 2025-03-17
