Aston Gate Real Estate is a boutique brokerage specializing in the sale of residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We are a fast-growing, modern and independent boutique Real Estate Brokerage focused on providing the most memorable client service experience.

**BEING ENROLLED INTO HUMBER COLLEGE FOR REAL ESTATE / NEWLY LICENSED IS A BONUS**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure information is organized and up to date
- Collect analytical property/ listing information
- Build rapport with clients
- Coordinate with the Team to schedule appointments
- Input clients information and property information into CRM
- Answer inbound calls from clients
- Follow-up with potential clients
- Source leads through various channels (50-100+ leads per week) and convert into buying/listing appointments

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M8V 3X7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
