**Marketing.**

Our in-house marketing team ensures your listings are picture-perfect and your Social Media posts are eye-catching. We are always up to date on current trends and standards in marketing homes. We have long-term relationships with the best stagers, media companies and services to make sure your listings stand out against the competition.

**We Cover Southern Ontario.**

We hold real estate licenses across most of Southern Ontario. With the massive boom Southern Ontario has experienced, it is more important than ever that an agent be able to pivot to other markets to serve their clients. We hold licenses from Niagara to Muskoka, so we can ensure our agents can meet their clients’ needs without worrying about the boundaries of your board.

**Listing Support & Leverage.**

In this industry, paperwork and listing communication can be another way that agents lose time (and, therefore, clients). We have support staff that are detail-oriented and help keep you organized and on task. Again, we want to keep you doing what you do best: focusing on the relationship aspect of this industry, not sitting on hold with TRREB or checking data info sheets.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
