As a Financial Analyst, you will be working with the Finance Manager to manage all aspects of operational accounting, financial reporting, and business analysis for the portfolio companies in the Clinics Business Unit. You will also support the Director, of Finance on various finance and accounting projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accruals, post journal entries, analyze and reconcile GL accounts, and prepare supporting schedules for revenue, cost of sales, deferred revenue, and other balance sheet accounts
- Collect and review month-end financial packages prepared by external accounting firms, prepare journal entries and post to ERP for corporate consolidation
- Review semi-monthly physician pay calculation performed by junior staff as well as perform the calculations by clinics assigned
- Manage intercompany billing, accrual, settlement, and reconciliation
- Prepare month-end financial package for responsible entities
- Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff on account coding, journal entries posting, and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports for management discussion and analysis, as well as for project/program financial tracking
- Analyze business performance and trends, and provide financial insights to internal stakeholders
- Support Finance Manager in designing new and improving existing accounting processes
- Support Finance Manager in in post-acquisition finance process and ERP system integration
- Additional finance duties as required

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in finance operations and full-cycle accounting functions
- Professional CPA accounting designation
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments and effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including use of Pivot tables
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise-level ERP system
- Understand internal controls, SOX and experience working with external auditors
- Prior experience working in public companies is an asset
- Prior experience working in healthcare and/or technology companies is an asset
