As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work directly with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and cross functionally with the Accounting team, Production Finance team and various stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst is a hands-on role that is responsible for driving the end-to-end financial planning, financial modeling, reporting and various analytics.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop business cases, financial models, budgets and forecasts to support the Executive Management team and Business Strategy team with the execution of strategy, projects, and initiatives
- Analyze company financial results and provide insights and recommendations for cost control and performance improvement
- Prepare various monthly and ad hoc financial reports
- Evaluate the team’s existing reporting suite including developing new reports and automating/streamlining existing reports for improved efficiency and ensuring accurate and concise information is presented to the end-user
- Prepare financial packages and collaborates with stakeholders
- Additional duties may be assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Professional designation (CPA or CFA) is considered an asset
- Five (5) plus years of experience in a progressing Finance role
- Background in VFX or technology is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of accounting principles and KPIs
- Superior analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities, and work towards tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
