As a junior chef / server, you would be responsible to prepare and deliver our Dining menu served both In-Room and in the Lounge throughout the day from 6am to 11.30pm. You will play a pivotal role in providing a high standard of fresh food in an intimate and exquisite hotel restaurant. Our restaurant serves only ''a la carte" options. This position will work closely with the service team to ensure a highly pleasant In-Room dining experience for our all our guests. **Superstar Status**: - Be experienced in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment operation - Be open to working hard, being mentored and working as part of the team. - Be accurate, consistent and organized in your daily role - Be committed to cleanliness and making effective impact within the organization - **1-2 years of culinary experience preferred.** JOB REQUIREMENTS - Available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays - Previous cooking and serving experience required. Very strong self-starter, quick learner and have excellent customer service experience. - Must be extremely hands-on and have a strong work ethic - Must be neat, professional and well groomed - Must possess strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and guest service focused - Must be able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations Job Available: Immediately Other: MSP; Extended Health; Parking; Meal; Uniform.
