**Creative Content Creator**

KTS Properties is growing, and we’re looking for a Creative Content Creator with a motion design background to help us tell the story of our properties in a bold creative way. We are looking for someone who can create various types of content from photos to videos, from more generic property tours to more trendy videos.

If you have a passion for creating visuals and love transforming ideas into scroll-stopping content, this role is for you. We are looking for someone who knows how to work as a team to create visuals that stem from the ideas of other members, as well as bring their fresh take as well.

**What You’ll Do**
- Concept & Direct: Generate fresh creative ideas and lead the full production process. From moodboarding and planning to directing photoshoots and video shoots.
- Shoot & Edit: Capture high-quality videos and photos of our properties and transform them into visually striking content.
- Motion Design & Animation: Create eye-catching animations, transitions, and motion graphics to elevate property tours, social ads, and digital campaigns.
- Schedule & Publish: Plan, schedule, and manage content across all key platforms to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.
- Trend & Audio Curation: Find the perfect soundtracks, trending audio, and formats to create content that stands out.
- AI-Driven Workflow: Use AI tools to ideate, edit, and optimize production for speed and impact.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in content creation, videography, or motion design.
- Industry Focus: Strong portfolio of real estate or architectural projects, residential, commercial, or new developments.
- Creative Edge: Ability to translate property features into captivating visual stories.
- Technical Skills:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- AI creative tools and other emerging editing platforms
- Social Savvy: In tune with social media trends, formats, and what drives virality.
- Ownership: Self-starter who can take a project from idea to final published content.
