**The bigger picture**
We’re looking for a hardworking member service ambassador who loves lending a helping hand to come on board as our temporary Document Management Representatives for a 1 year term. In this role you will be providing our internal partners with content services and advice. This will include imaging and classifying documents while working within legislation, policies, and procedure for retaining and destroying records.
**How you’ll be spending your time**
- Imaging and classifying documents in OnBase
- Directing visitor traffic while monitoring deliveries and shipments with ease at Reception
- Sorting and distributing interoffice mail
