**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Establish, maintain, process and update clients files, records, databases and other documents in the office.

2. Welcome visitors and clients to the office, answering phone calls, taking and delivering messages, arrange meetings, schedules, and appointments.

3. Provide assistance to Dealing Representatives, Financial Advisors and Portfolio Managers. Complete account opening documentation for personal and corporate accounts, and provide access to accounts online.

4. Submit transfer forms and update monthly payments as required, prepare statements, and create financial spreadsheets to present to clients.

5. Enter all receipts and company expenditures using Quickbooks. Run reports and prepare payroll and GST remittances.

6. Process quarterly statements and calculate fees. Work with National Bank and provide them the information needed.

8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Competencies**

1. An undergraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration

2. A minimum of three years of work experience in an Financial investment company or an administrative environment

3. Fluent in both English and Chinese

4. Experience working in a professional capacity internationally will be an asset

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills

6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

7. Knowledge of writing official letter, contracts, agreements and reports

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $57,525.00-$63,180.00 per year
