**Service Advisor - Northfield Auto Service (Waterloo, ON)**

Northfield Auto Service has been proudly serving Waterloo Region since **1979**, built on trust, quality workmanship, and an exceptional customer experience. We’re looking to add a **Service Advisor** to our close-knit team who shares our passion for helping people and keeping their vehicles running at their best.

**What You’ll Do**

As a key part of our front-line team, you’ll help keep the day flowing smoothly by:

- Greeting customers and answering incoming calls with a friendly, professional attitude
- Writing up work orders and explaining services clearly and confidently
- Looking up parts, pricing, and availability to support accurate estimates
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our technicians
- Following up with customers for approvals and updates
- Ensuring every guest leaves with confidence and satisfaction

**Who You Are**
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is **preferred but not required** — we’re willing to train the right person with strong communication and organizational skills.
- You thrive in a **team environment**, balancing customer needs with the flow of the shop.
- You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with computers and basic automotive terminology.
- You bring a positive attitude every day and care about doing the job right.

**Hours & Pay**
- **Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM** (No weekends)
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Benefits and RRSP matching after probation period
