Waterloo Honda is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team of automotive customer service professionals

If you enjoy a challenge, are quick on your feet, and have exceptional customer service skills, then we think you'd be a great fit

As a Service Advisor with Waterloo Honda, you'd be a liaison between our automotive technicians and our customers recommending and explaining service, repairs and requests.

Required Qualifications:

- Automotive Experience
- Enjoys a challenge (every day is different)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Extremely organized with great communication skills
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- At least one year in the automotive industry

- Minimum high school diploma
