**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Finance Specialist to join our finance team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for full cycle of bi-weekly payroll. This role is essential in supporting the management with timely and accurate financial information to guide decision-making and ensure profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process bi-weekly payroll in compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefits adjustments.
- Prepare and issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and manage payroll reconciliations.
- Support with various payroll-related tasks, including reporting and employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, internal policies, and collective agreements where applicable.
- Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of full cycle accounting experience, with Canadian payroll experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel.
- Bookkeeping Experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
