**Position Summary**:
**Reports to**:Service Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to schedule service appointments for customers
- Confirming and updating customer information within our database
- Advising customers on factory recommended services as per Hyundai maintenance schedule
- Reporting any customer concerns to service manager for appropriate follow up
- Following up with customers after service appointments to ensure complete satisfaction with their visit
- Cover front reception for 1.5hrs/day
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Required Qualifications**
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively plan and anticipate schedules/routes to ensure efficient use of time
