We are currently looking for a key member of our team, Tool Crib/Warehouse Manager.
As such, you will be responsible for the tools and equipment that the company retains as well as the safe operation of our warehouse.
Warehouse worker responsibilities:

- Coordinate activities with supervisors and project managers.
- Spearhead jobsite mobilization and demobilization.
- Requisition of material and equipment to our purchasing department for warehouse and job needs.
- Receiving: check product being received with description and quantity ordered on purchase orders and packing slips recording all shortages, overages or damaged products.
- Inspect for and ensure damaged goods are reported on carrier waybills to facilitate a claim need be.
- Responsible for managing incoming goods and allocating them to proper storage areas in a safe and timely manner, prepare and affix pallet tags, efficiently stack and store all incoming materials in the appropriate areas or deliver to designated job, department or individual.
- Ensure efficient and timely loading of shipping trailers when the time arrives.
- Operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse material handling equipment.
- Maintain effective communication with all required departments to ensure an efficient workflow process, maintain contact with supervisors to receive direction, exchange information, seek expertise and find solutions to problems.
- A excellent understanding of the operation of tools and industrial equipment in regards the welding and pipe fitting industries is a must
- General cleanliness of the yard and warehouse.
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Other tasks as may be required from time to time.

Education & Experience:

- High school diploma
- First Aid Ticket (Would be an asset)
- Forklift Certification (Would be an asset)
- General understanding of inventory management
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift, push, pull and slide heavy weights (Up to 70 pounds)
- Excellent time management skills. Ability to show initiative and work with limited supervision in a team environment.

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
