As we continue to grow, we are seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, scheduling jobs, and providing outstanding customer support.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Book client appointments** and schedule jobs efficiently based on availability and priority.
- **Coordinate job assignments** with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints** professionally and effectively.
- **Cold call potential customers** to generate new business and promote QuickFix Handyman services.
- **Process invoices and payments**, follow up on outstanding balances, and assist with collections.
- **Manage customer records and job files**, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.
- **Follow up with clients** after service completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Assist with administrative tasks**, including filing, data entry, and maintaining service logs.
- **Identify customer needs** and recommend additional services when applicable.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is required.**:
- **Experience in invoicing, payment collection, and cold calling is an asset.**:
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills** to handle multiple job bookings and tasks.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with **CRM or dispatching systems** is preferred.
- **Problem-solving mindset** to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Friendly, professional, and **customer-focused attitude** with a sales-oriented approach.
