**Job Summary**: As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating telecom projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage client expectations and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies and systems.
- Proficient in the Agile methodology to maximize value delivery, facilitate continuous improvement, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Working knowledge and understanding of common telecom data center tasks (upgrades, monitoring, automation, identification and decommissioning of legacy hardware)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
