Toronto, Canada JP Towing Service & Storage Ltd. Full time

JP Towing is looking for an experienced, Fleet Maintenance person. This person must be experienced in Fleet and Vehicle maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Annual & Preventative Maintenance Program Implementation and Execution
- Perform yard truck inspections & spot inspections
- Take Trucks to and from shops for repairs and PM
- Truck Sign In & Sign Out
- Equipment Inventory Monthly Report
- Truck Inventory Weekly Status Report
- Truck Permits and Licencing (working with Director of Ops.)
- Driver Hiring & Training
- New Driver Onboarding
- Driver Discipline, Corrective Action, Non-Conformance
- Must be able to obtain a Toronto Tow License if required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fleet Maintenance
- Mechanical skills and experience an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning and implementation skills
- High level of critical and logical thinking.
- Meticulous record maintenance skills.
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects

**Working Conditions**
- Willing to work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Monday to Friday work schedule with the understanding that we are a 24 hour emergency service and on call work may be necessary at times.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
