Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Location Etobicoke, ON, Canada Schedule Day shiftType OfficeReporting to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, the person will organize and schedule the periodic maintenance of our clients’ fleet, including trailers and trucks;Prepare and send daily reports summarizing completed repairs, units in progress, and projected completion datesCommunicate with customers, dispatch, and vendors on ETAs and prioritiesWork with the Parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts to internal and external shopsManage POs and warranties for the fleetBuild and maintain PM schedules; coordinate internal and third-party workOversee third-party service providers for repairs, tires, inspections, and mobile callsHandle incoming repair requests via email and phoneDevelop and monitor processes to ensure customer satisfactionGuide Parts and Service operations to better serve customersCollaborate with the Fleet Maintenance Manager to grow and strengthen the teamQualifications and requirementsAt least 5 years' experience in Fleet MaintenanceTechnical experience in the truck and trailer industry is an assetUnderstand how to use an ERP systemBilingualism is an assetCapacity to work under pressureProficiency in analyzing and interpreting internal reports and key KPIsAbility to work with little supervisionFamiliarity with rental/lease fleet operations and the unique challenges they presentAbility to travel in Ontario and the Maritimes on an occasional basisWHAT YOU'LL NEEDStrong interpersonal and communication skills with relationship building capacityDemonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviorAbility to write and speak effectivelySolid troubleshooting skills—able to quickly diagnose issues and recommend practical solutionsCommitment to safety and qualityPositive attitude and sense of humorScheduleFull-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to FridayLocation: Manac EtobicokeCompensation packageManac offers a comprehensive benefits program to help build a solid future for its team members and their families, and to ensure their health and well-being.Competitive wages, Health insurance including dental care, Employee Development Program, DPSP, Profit sharing, Employee Assistance Program and Telemedicine Service.Join the Manac family, a strong and constantly evolving company.
