**Pinetree Catering Baker Position**

Pinetree Catering is currently seeking a skilled baker to join our team

This will be a full-time position for someone who has flexible availability during the week (Monday to Friday) and open availability on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). **Shifts will be up to 5 days a week and can range between the hours of 5am to 6pm**. Approx **37.5 hours per week.**

Pinetree Catering offers a variety of pastries & artisan breads for event catering and at multiple location in the Thunder Bay area including their Nomad locations.
- Must have previous baking experience in desserts, pastries & breads
- Willing to bring new ideas and creativity to the table
- Able to work in a team environment as well as on their own
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Must be punctual & have schedule flexibility dependent on workload
- Able to properly prepare and handle food, have great product knowledge & awareness
- Able to maintain a clean work station
- Able to carry 50lbs
- Adhere to public health guidelines and follow workplace COVID-19 policies

**Job Prerequisites**:

- Valid G license with a clean driving record
- Access to reliable transportation, as we are located outside of public transportation routes.
- Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate (“In Good Hands”)
- **Job Pay**:

- $16-$20 Based on Experience
