Founded in 2020 in Canada, Luxolis has made footprints all around the world and is still progressing to go even further. We are a global company with talents from France, Canada, India, South Korea, Japan, and more, and we are here to make a difference.
Based in downtown Toronto, our goal is to change the way people communicate by introducing a new method of sharing experiences. That is, people can now share their experiences with friends and family with 3D images and 3D videos. Luxolis has made its presence in the domain of 3D Digital Twins. We have come up with real-time 3D scene reconstruction, real-time 3D object reconstruction, and CAD solutions over the past two years. We are now coming up with our own hardware device that would capture the dynamics of objects' deformations in a time dimension.
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to join our team to help drive business growth and enhance customer experience. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders in various industries. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential partnership opportunities in various industries, such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, real estate, and more.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to ensure their success with Luxolis products and services.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the software and hardware teams to offer tailored solutions for partners and their unique needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competition.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports on partnership performance.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, ensuring they are satisfied and successful.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise with partners.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote Luxolis solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Luxolis products and services.
- Continuously look for new opportunities to expand Luxolis’ reach and growth through partnerships.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development and management.
- Strong knowledge of the 3D scanning and construction industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
