*Job Responsibilities*

1.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with customers, on-field dispatchers, and customer service to relay information to third-party delivery services.

2.⁠ ⁠Assist delivery drivers in locating addresses.

3.⁠ ⁠Communicate with customers via telephone to provide delivery instructions.

4.⁠ ⁠Provide support with packing tasks as required.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficient in typing and data entry with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
