**Capital Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced full time Finance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team**:
**You will sell & deliver finance/insurance programs to our customers while maintaining customer-focused relationships to achieve repeat business by regularly exceeding expectations. As Finance Manager, you will provide financial service solutions by accessing customers’ network of lenders/financial institutions.**:

**Your Day to Day**:

- ** Meet/excel sales goals by selling extended products**:

- ** Maintain knowledge of provincial regulations regarding finance & fair credit reporting act**:

- ** Seek out new lender relationships & work with current lenders to secure the best interest rates for our customers**:

- ** Maintain a lender guide of programs currently in use & obtain working knowledge of them**:

- ** Analyze credit reports, recognize conventional deals, & turn over accordingly**:
**You Bring to the Table**:

- ** Minimum 2 years automotive Financial Services Manager experience required**:

- ** Experience & relationship with financial institutions/other lenders is an asset**:

- ** Ability to understand/calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, & commission etc.**:

- ** Incredible attention to detail**:

- ** Organized and efficient**:
