Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with a variety of Human Resources and administrative functions
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events
- Support the administration of general HR and recruitment paperwork
- Coordinate meeting venues and travel as required
- Work collaboratively and foster positive working relationships
- Assist in the development of new recruitment initiatives
- Participate in HR projects, if and when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
- 1+ year of work experience in a Human Resources related role preferred
- Excellent IT literacy skills working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Resourceful self-starter, with excellent judgment
- Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Innovative approach to service delivery
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic with ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong relationship building skills internally and externally at all levels
