**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic while ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Validate health cards and accurately collect and update patient demographics.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times.
- Manage scheduling and follow-ups, including contacting patients with results or specialist appointments.
- Process and follow up on billing for uninsured services; prepare and issue invoices when required.
- Scan and upload documents and test results to the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Assist physicians with minor clinical tasks, such as:

- Taking vital signs
- Preparing trays for procedures (e.g., pap smears)
- Weighing and measuring infants
- Performing urine analysis
- Administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
- Phlebotomy experience is considered an asset.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical or walk-in clinic setting.
- Proficiency in OScar EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills, with the ability to manage challenging interactions professionally.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
